In May 2024, MINGXIN successfully delivered and installed a state-of-the-art 4MT per hour complete recycling line for car batteries in South Korea. Objective: To establish a high-efficiency car battery recycling plant that separates lead granules, lead paste, acid, and plastic from waste car batteries.The complete recycling equipment line for waste batteries: Lead acid battery recycling plant refers to the specific machinery and equipment used within a recycling plant to process the batteries. This can include cutters, crushers, separators, washing units, desulfurization systems, purification and crystallization systems, and lead melting and refinery systems, among other technologies designed to break down and recycle the components of batteries.

Work Flow
The recycling plant utilizes an advanced and reasonable mechanical process to separate the key components of waste car batteries:
- Battery Crushing: Waste car batteries are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down into smaller pieces.
- Separation: The crushed material is then processed to separate the acid, lead paste, plastic, and lead grids.
- Lead Recovery: Lead granules and paste are recovered with a high efficiency of over 98%.
- Plastic Recovery: Plastic components are separated and recovered with an efficiency of over 97%.
- Acid Recovery: The remaining acid is also efficiently recovered at a rate above 96%.

The recycling process results in the following output products:
- Purity of Refined Lead: 99.97%
- Clean Plastic Granulates
- Concentrated Acid
